Administrative Secretary
The Division of Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology is seeking an Administrative Secretary to provide a variety of administrative duties to support the divisional team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and will work under the direction of the Sr. Administrative Manager.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide general secretarial and administrative support.Log all Allergy patient charts into database.Organize patient chart for pick-up from Vendor.Assist with facilitating orders for Sunbeam Study.Receive order forms, pull supplies and prepare for shipment.Assist with maintaining the inventory for the Sunbeam study.
