We have a very unique opportunity for the industry professional looking to take that “next step” of leadership to another level. After 42 years in the industry, we are in search of a Chief Operations Leader to add to our already awesome team of visual communications professionals.

As our Chief Executive Integrator of administration and operations, the successful candidate will have the unique abilities to help us grow to the next level and a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in our industry or related fields such as construction, design/engineering, digital technology or custom manufacturing.

Not only does this position require an understanding of our industry at an operational level, but also a deep knowledge of financial systems and processes. The successful candidate will also possess the unique ability to further develop and integrate them throughout the organization for the purpose of discovery, evaluation and the improvement of the entire operations performance.

This position will report to the Founder/CEO and be responsible for the Leadership and accountability of 7-8 senior leaders in the company, aligning people and processes to drive revenues, customer service, productivity, profits and cultural development. Super strong organizational skills are a must, with the ability to lead a team environment.

This position requires daily onsite presence at our company headquarters in Anne Arundel, Maryland. Travel requirements are minimal and we are offering a very generous compensation, benefits and perks package for the candidate selected.
