We are a progressive group practice with 2 ophthalmologists and 1 optometrist (who will be relocating in July 2022). We are looking for an optometrist who enjoys medical care (we do not perform refractions, contact lens fitting, or optical sales). This position is available for an entry level optometrist or someone with experience. Optometry residency training would be beneficial but is not required.

Our practice is a successful and well-staffed practice in Severna Park, MD. We have an experienced staff that work up the patient and each doctor works with a scribe. The practice has an emphasis on anterior segment/cornea/cataracts, but we see a wide variety of patients. We have a spacious, modern office with state-of-the-art equipment including Ziess Cirrus OCT with anterior and posterior segment imaging, Haag Streit slip lamps, illuminated phoropters, Ellex YAG laser and SLT laser, Optos California retinal camera, IOL Master, Pentacam topographer, Humphrey visual field, and NextGen EMR. We have office hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and very little emergency call as well as no evening or weekend hours.

Our office is located in Severn Park, MD, an affluent suburb with some of the best schools in the country. We are located within minutes of Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington, DC.

Requirements: Doctorate degree in Optometry (O.D.), MD State License to practice Optometry with TPA certification.
