Leasing Specialist will work closely with leasing team, Asset Managers, and clients to lease space in retail properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for a portfolio of properties as well as to identify opportunities and assist tenant clients in lease negotiations. In addition to lease negotiations, the Leasing Specialist will have the opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of commercial real estate such as development, land use, building design, and construction.
Candidate should have experience in commercial real estate leasing.
