The Office of Undergraduate Admission at Loyola University Maryland is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Communication Specialist, supporting the undergraduate marketing and communication team. The primary function of the Communications Specialist is to assist in the development and coordination of communications that are delivered to a diverse prospective student audience to increase engagement and enrollment. Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive communication plan through the Slate Customer Relations Management system (CRM) that speaks to the needs of prospective students and helps the university achieve its enrollment goals. This includes assisting in the creation and implementation of responsive marketing campaigns to varying constituent groups in print, digital, and social media as it relates to the recruitment of new students. The Communication Specialist will use data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of messages and measure engagement.
