Under the supervision of the Director of Alumni Relations the Reunion Giving Program Specialist will perform a specific set of duties related to alumni programming, fundraising and affinity building. This person will also provide assistance for an assortment projects related to various aspects related to Alumni Relations.
Work with current class agents and identify other class members who will work to coordinate class reunion activities.
Consult with each class agent on reunion activities and develop informational packets for each class to utilize.
Provide strategies to class agents on how to set and reach their class giving goals.
Keep reunion classes abreast of and extend invitations to upcoming campus events.
Plan an all class reunion activity that would attract alumni and inspire individual class reunion planning.
Update website and social media with relevant reunion planning information and highlighting class gifts and recapping reunion activities.
Track individual class reunion giving progress.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least five years of experience working in a professional setting. Preferably in a higher education institution.
Experience in program development tied to measurable outcomes.
Experience in event planning, marketing and execution.

An ability to work effectively and cordially with a wide range of individuals within and outside of the University.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills required.
