HR REGIONAL DIRECTOR: TOTAL REWARDS
Trivergent Health Alliance, an innovative managed service organization created by Meritus Medical Center, Western Maryland Health System and Frederick Memorial Hospital is searching for a Regional Human Resource Leader for Compensation & Benefits. Under the leadership of the Corporate Director, Human Resources, this HR executive will have responsibility for the strategic and tactical administration of wage, salary and benefit programs for each supported organization.
Serving as a key resource and working in partnership with the hospital based HR Directors, this individual will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work to maintain fiscal and market base programs that attract and retain an engaged and high performing work force.
With a base office in Hagerstown, Maryland, Trivergent is located at the crossroads of Western Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. This location offers the best of a rural community within a 75 mile commute to Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD.
SELECT CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Seven to ten + years Human Resources experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits
Minimum of five years of management/supervisory experience required.
Experience in a health care environment (preferred).
Operational & strategic leadership in functional areas:
Compensation & benefits
ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, PPACA and other laws governing benefits and compensation.
Federal, state & local labor and employment laws
Able to develop, interpret & monitor budgets relative to compensation & benefits programs.
Outstanding communication skills and able to work in a highly matrixed environment
Consultant leadership style; skilled in the art of negotiation and persuasion
An approachable, poised team leader who is equally a strong team player
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in Business or Human Resource, Organization Development or other relevant degree preferred. SPHR certification additive.
